Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! All orders on Unlabel will be shipped to you for free.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Depends! If products are fulfilled by “UNLABEL” than orders are fulfilled within 2 days and shipped using UPS ground. If products are not fulfilled by “UNLABEL”, fulfillment + shipping times may vary as brands on Unlabel have their own shipping method & delivery provider. So please make sure to check the Estimated Delivery times within the “Shipping Info” tab on the product page.

Where does Unlabel Ship too?

Currently, UNLABEL and all of UNLABEL’s brands support shipping within the continental United States. Unfortunately some brands have restrictions on shipping orders to certain states, U.S. territories & P.O. boxes. Please refer to the “Shipping Info” tab on the product page prior to placing an order to ensure that any given item can be shipped to your desired address.

Does Unlabel Ship internationally?

If an order is fulfilled by UNLABEL, then yes we ship internationally (Outside the U.S.A.). All international orders are $20 flat fee. If an order is not fulfilled by UNLABEL unfortunately our partner brands do not offer direct international shipping, when placing an order on unlabel.us. However, if your interested in purchasing an item please email support@unlabel.us with the item(s) you wish to purchase.

As a reminder please refer to the “Shipping Info” tab on the product page prior to emailing us to ensure that the given item can be shipped to your desired address. If so we will reach out to the brand on your behalf and have the items shipped directly to you. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply and return policies will vary from brand to brand.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us letting you know we have received your order and another follow email with the shipment status & tracking information.

If the order is fulfilled by another brand the designated brand will send you an email about your order’s shipment status & tracking information.

What is your return policy?

  • All returns are free of charge.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Fine jewelry, handmade items, custom and monogrammed items, and items listed as final sale may not be returned
  • How do I Return an Item?

    If a prepaid return label is included your package, attach the return label to the box with the item inside and drop it in the mail. We’ll email you to let you know when your account has been refunded. If no return label is included, you can request a return label by emailing support@unlabel.us. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that if an order was not fulfilled by UNLABEL some brands may take a few weeks to process your refund.

    Did you receive my return?

    Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be received and processed. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a notification via email confirming that a refund has been issued.

    If it's been more than two weeks since your return has been received by the brand, please contact our support@unlabel.us and we can request an update on your refund status.

    Can I return an item that is marked as sale?

    Sale items are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding!

    How do I exchange my order?

    If you would like to proceed with an exchange of an item, please send an email to support@unlabel.us with your exchange details.

    Please note not all exchanges requests can be honored!

    Orders

    When will you charge my credit card?

    Unlabel will charge your credit card when your order is placed.

    Can I modify/cancel my order before it is shipped?

    When you place an order on Unlabel, your order is immediately processed. Due to the quick workaround time for processing orders, we generally cannot make any modifications to your order, however, please contact support@unlabel.us and a member of our team will try to accommodate your request. Kindly note this is not guaranteed.

    However, don’t worry! If your product is eligible for a return then you will receive a full refund once your return is delivered back to the brand or UNLABEL.

    Where can I find my order number?

    Once you place an order, You can find all your order information — including your order number — within the confirmation email or your account dashboard.

    I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

    Every time you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email from Unlabel.

    If you didn’t receive an email, first check your Spam folder. If the confirmation email isn’t there, your order may not have been processed.

    Payments

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    When will my order arrive?

    Once returns are received we issue the refund, it may take 3-10 business days before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
